First of all I ordered the supposed risk free trial for 4.00$.
Well I immediately called to cancel, when I did it automatically deducted 28.73$ from my bank acct and didn't even let me speak with customer service. So when they called to congratulate me on my purchase that was the only way I got there number. So Friday nite I spoke with a women she was very nice and told me to call Monday about the charges etc. Which I did and the first women I spoke with named Georgina went on with her script to read me and I was being nice and told her I was not interested and she kept going like she could not hear me, which meanwhile I hear her and another women in the background chuckling mmmmm very unprofessional so she transfers me to billing where I'm also encounter yet another rude employee named camtia sorry if that's misspelled. So I ask to speak with a manager because of the rude service, well she disregards everything I say and gives me a cancellation number then hangs up. Needless to say I'm livid at this point. The whole point of this I hope to STOP anyone from buying this product. I would suggest going to Trader Joes or Sprouts and deal with people who value there jobs and are friendly plus they dnt deduct money from your account when u change your mind. So much for Internet friendly customer service right!!! I don't ever post complaints or hardly complain about things like this but please please trust me on this.
