I saw an advertisement for weight loss, and being the "fat sucker" that I am, I decided to try it. Wrong thing to do. They offer a trial period to try the product for free, and then the "small print " we will automatically ship you a month's worth for 87.13 s&h if you don't call within 14 days of shipment of trial product to let us know you don't want it.
Okay, I can call in 14 days and cancel. Well, I never received my free trial product, and they charged me for it (Shipping & Handling) the day I ordered it. How am I supposed to know if I like it, if they never send it, and when you call Customer Service you get someone who can't even speak English to assist you.
I was very rude and straightforward, and would not get off the phone until my order was canceled, but they would not cancel my Shipping & Handling charges on the trial product, because "supposedly" they had shipped it already. Well, it's coming nigh onto a month and I still haven't seen it.
My advice, don't even get roped into it. The ads that this company uses, preys upon the feelings of overweight women, namely mothers who want to lose baby weight, and middle aged women who are pudgy.
