I have been very difficult time communicating with this company. They have not issue me any account number or they have any customer services or numbers. Choosing SQUARE was one of my biggest mistake in my business life. I have never thought nationally advertised company can do fraud this openly and as a their customer I can do nothing. I have charged my customers in the home-shows almost $11,987 and I have not get any deposit from SQUARE. They claim my deposit will arrive to my account the next business days. I have sent numerous e-mails through their customer help site to request information about my deposits. This person called Jeanette (I dont even know if it is real person) sends me e-mail once a week indicating my account is under review. Finally last e-mail I got from them (her) was telling me that my account is terminated due to high risk. I've been doing business last 15 years and never seen credit card prcoessing company that can keep the processed credit card money becuase they think that business is a high risk. All the credit cards are swiped and customer have signed. I have legitimate company. I believe this business practices unethical activities with the money they hold from their high-risk customers. I will be the first one on the line when civil suite happens to this company.
