TruGreen serviced my lawn without my permission & when I got home there was a notice on my door that they had serviced my lawn. I called them & canceled any future service that they had planned for my lawn & explained that in the past they had always called me the day before to let me decide whether I wanted the service or not. Well, with my husband's cancer bills, drs., and Rxs, we can't afford it this year as I explained to the man I spoke with at TruGreen-phone number 1-800-878-4733. He gave me a cancelation #0312 1145 DCCKW & before I could ask why I should pay for this service for 3/23, he hung up on me. I don't feel I owe for this service since they didn't get my permission to service my lawn. Please let me know if they can just do the service & then charge us old folks. Thank you for your services.
