I purchased the "instant online profit" The Complete System Software which I did not find satisfactory. I then requested a refund and submitted a ticket and a second reminder through https://www.cardquery.com / but have not received any response.

I also tried to log into Support at http://www.instantonlineprofits.com/dashboard but my message could not be submitted.
