Don't do Business whith Chris Rogers with Superior Insurance out of Greensboro. The other Superior Groups age OK
Fraud by deciet said I would only be cgharged $500 on phone as down payment of inurance policy, Never disclosed a $428 fee until after charging debit card then charges another $500 later for a total of $1428. I used my debit card which was my personal account on the only card I could put my hand on fast believing I was being charged only $500. The additional charges put me in overdraft with my high dollar purchases added to the othe $928 resulting in a total overdraft fees adding up to $1272.00
To show you of his mentality: I estimated my purchases by rounding up and am usually with in a hunred dollars. So I am aware what is in my account at all times. I look at my bank account each morning before I leave the house.
Why would I authorize charges more than I have in the account. He charged my account for more money than was authorized and has the balls to say I told You. THEN WHY AM I SO MAD ABOUT THE EXCESS CHARGES.

I apologize about Chris and his level of service. I have been getting many complaints from my customer about his level of service, fees, etc. He came to our group after working for many years as a commercial agent with Nationwide and we had high hopes of great service and prices. Unfortunately it has not quite panned out that way for us. We are now sending our commercial business to another agency in Charlotte who from my experience is offering better prices and way better service. If you have already renewed that policy then unfortunately you may be with Chris and his agency for another year but we really need to get get everything switched over at that time. Please let me know if there is anything else that we can do.
