Called luminess toll free. 1866.625.1813 to cancell acct. & discontinue to send cosmetic products; co. Told me to email them instead & finally i did on oct. 13. Still they ignored & continued to send me their cosmetic products & charge$ to my acct. Every month. I didn't have enough money on my bank to cover it & i was charged penalty by my bank for a default payment.
I sent the cosmetics packages back via post office but i haven't heard from them. Hope this issue be resolved imediately.
