I originally put some products on their website and when I didn't get any responses, I emailed them telling them to discontinue my account. The next month I noticed they were still taking money from my checking account. I called the phone# that was on my bank account charge notice and kept getting a series of answering machines but still left a message for them to discontinue my account and quit charging me. Now I've had another charge taken out, the one on 7/14. I would like something done about it.
