We have had this coffee maker foe 4 months, used daily. One morning the water put into the resivior never drained into the coffee maker, the light is still on. We have not had good luck with Mr. Coffee coffee makers. Do you make them to last just a short time? Tell me what to do to get this coffee maker to work. Pat (Personal Information Removed)
