Purchased a coffee maker from wal mart in July09. It malfunctioned in jan10. Returned coffee maker with recipt.informed recipt was older then 90 days so it was not valid. Coffee maker lasted 6months. This was the normal service I should have expected. Theyy would replace the unit if there was one on the shelf. There was not I offered to spend more and upgrade. No you are out $40. So I discovered purchasing small appliances from this company at any price is not a wise decision.
