Hi, I purchased an xbox 12 month membership for £28.95 and have not received the email with my activation code. I have sent an email an received a support ticket but have still not had any response. I have been scammed and am very upset and angry that I have been done out of my money and the fact that they have my bank details too. Please help resolve this problem.
