In November of I Signed up for a package called triple play offered by Comcast Xfinity. According to their TV promotions and what the representative told me at the time of my obtaining this service, a $250.00 Visa rebate card would be issued as an incentive for my contract for this service. Now I have inquired as to why I have not received my rebate, they continue to give me the run around and finally flat out told me that my account dose not qualify for the rebate. The bottom line is that they lied to me to get me to sign up for the service. I feel that they should be held accountable for their actions.
