I have ordered a waxvac on tv, i went to place an ordere one item of waxvac which it $ 23.98 charge in my credit card then they sent it to me the items, then the nextday i recieved another pack of waxvac again. So i called the customer service and explained to him. He said just return the second items which it charge on my credit card, of $59.93, so, i returned the other pack of waxvac to them, lastyear, but until now i never heard from them about my $ 59.93, money, how could the company it's seem like i have been scam. And i enclosed this: GET IT ON TV.com -LMDIRCT *WAXVAC 866-595-3268 PA.-my first ordered ; 12/06, was charge $23.98 and the second waxvac packaged that i recieved 12/06 that i returned to them. And they charge me $ 59.93, LMDIRCT *WAXVAC 866-593-3268-and the customer service of waxvac 1-877-885-4782, on tv add of waxvac is 1800-677-3195.- goodluck, and please help me. Thank you, from mrs.
