Misleading shipping and handling was charged double the amount I asked

I ordered one unit at the advertsed price of $10.00 plus $6.99 process and handling. I declined the buy one get one free offer yet the order was processed as such that I was charged $13.98 processing and handling. I notified my credit card company to not to pay the charges.
