I purchsed an 8 x 8 utlity shed on October 09 for $1,600.00. This amount was paid in full. On or about February 5th I tried to open the doors on the shed, however, the shed/wooden doors, had shifted thus not allowing me to open the shed doors to retieve any items stored. I called for assistance at the Lowe's store where I bought my shed however I was told that no services could be rectified until April 5th. This is unaceptable waiting a month to be able to retrieve the items in my shed. They had no understanding nor courtesy regarding my problem. I am still waiting for a phone call to set a date for them to come and fix my shed. I want Lowe's HQ's to be notified of this matter if possible.
