I placed an order for the 1st time for the BeautyKit which cost about $10 as a special offer for a try. They charged me about $150 after 2 weeks without my consent. I complain and sent an email but nothing was done. That was in December and in January I email to customer service to ask to cancel my name from their customer list which they aggree to do so.
Again in March I didn't order anything from them as I already told them to cancel my name from their system but yet they haven't done it. They went again without my consent to withdraw $ 150 from my account.
I went to my bank to cancel my card but they are saying that I need to contact Deadsea.com first before they can anything. I have been try to call Deadsea.com but it's impossible to talk to someone only answering machine. What to do?
