This has been an on going thing since September
People PC has been charging me since September for a service
that I was not able to use and have been trying to get my money
re-imbursed since beginning of 2013.
Still have not recieved a re-imbursement.
My name is Caroline Sovern and I live on a limited income and it
has created a hardship.
Anything you can do would be helpful.
