I recieved a message from dhgate stating that I bought from a gaurenteed seller, if I recieved an invalid tracking number I would recieve 30 U.S. Dollars. Needless to say I recieved my money back due to invalid tracking number and non reciet of items. They are saying I didn't report an invalid tracking when they gave me my money back for that reason.
