This is the case of a lawyer lying, and procrastinating about sending my check, which should have been sent in February. This was a typical auto accident which should have been settled in 12 to 18 months. It has been almost 3 years. I signed the settlement agreement February 5th. The check was supposed to be sent in 21 days. After contacting Mr. Lopalo 30 days later, the excuse was this: The person that was processing the check left the company, and randomly laid the paperwork somewhere. Mr. Lopalo, again said that he would have the check sent over in a couple of days. Here we are a month later with Mr. Lopalo refusing phone calls, and has never processed the check. He has violated my rights to due process, and he is causing me physical and mental damage. I am an end stage renal patient being stressed and tortured mentally by this man with no ethics and sense of honor.
