I received the letter in the mail claiming the give them $23.00 plus $2 S&H to Claim my winnings of $1,664, 283.00. Hahahahaha... I have already been taken for a fool by scammers and identity thieves and learned that the 25 dollars can be taken out of the disbursement if you return the letter granting them permission to do so. The fact that no taxes are being withheld alone whether foreign or not the US would require at least some type of taxation. This being said I hope that no one else makes the mistake; however, I am working on tracking the source of this scam.
