I don't know what is going on as I don't know these people and yet there was a charge of 323.83 against my bank account. Lucky enough there wasn't enough money in my account at that time so I ended up being charged a NSF fee by my bank.
Not sure where they got a copy of my check but I have not used a check in over a year. The check still had my old address on it.
I called the customer service number and ended up with a recording.
