$309.67 was withdrawn from my 91 year old mother's account using an old check with her former address. She has not been at that address for two years. When the customer service number was called I spoke to a person who said the company was "USA Medical" with an address in Bedford, Texas. She took my phone number and said that the company would get in touch with me to resolve the problem. She refused to give me the company's telephone number. Research on the internet did not locate this company at the address she gave me... Or anywhere else in the world. I called the customer number again several times and get nothing... No sound at all. I have closed the account and the bank is treating the check as forgery... Hopefully they can track down this scam!!!
