Over the weekend, I noticed that $30.00 was taken out of my bank account by a company with this name and I had not authorized it. I called the telephone number (775) 200-1525 from my home phone and was told I was #10 in line for customer service. After waiting approx. 10 minutes, my call was disconnected. When I called from my cell phone, I was told that they were currently unable to answer the call but to leave a message. When I went to my bank to file a dispute, the bank said there is another phone number listed, (866) 678-3482 which I called from my cell while at the bank. The message said that the mailbox was full and they were unable to take any more messages. How these people can arbitrarily hit my bank account is too awful to contemplate. Especially given the fact that I pay $9.96 per month for Identity Secure to protect myself. I'm just sayin' these people need to be stopped!!
