I checked my online bank account and there was 30.00 taken out from this company. I called the bank and asked what this was??? She gave me the information (phone number and name) she also said they had all my information! Cell #, address, everything.
I never applied with this company or even heard of it.
I am upset. I would like a refund.
I called the number and it went to two options, which was no help at all.
I emailed the support address so lets see what happens.
I can't believe people can take money from your account without you knowing about it and they have all your information.!!!
