I ordered a pair of Nike Shox on March 4 to receive them in time for school which started March 18th. THREE WEEKS later, and my order is STILL processing. I have tried calling the company, which resulted in an automatic message saying to contact them via email due to their high call volume. I tried contacting them through the provided email address, which was an unknown address. I also tried using the email ability from the site, which i have yet to receive a response (one week later). I have tried multiple times to contact them in various ways. I am writing a letter to the Better Business Bearu, as well as disputing the charge on my card. This is wrong, and fraud.
