I made the mistake of ordering a so-called "free" trial and they hit my account exactly 14 days later (calendar). Of course this landed on a Saturday so when I contacted them they were closed. I called again on Monday and even spoke with a supervisor and was told "since I agreed to the terms & conditions" they WOULD not refund my money. I even argued that the 14th day was on a Saturday and they were closed and his response was that I had more than 14 days to cancel. Total Scam and rude customer service.
