Ordered 12 month xbox live subscription and received no e-mail in my inbox or spam folder. No one answers the phone number either. My bank put a hold on my card because of this transaction, but when i told them that I gave the company my card # and authorized the payment that this was no longer a possible fraud. It's a "billing issue" Now I'm thinking I need to cancel my card.
