I was put in the hospital for life threatening and in the process got 2 months behind in my mortgage I requested a modification to help get things right in sep of this yr Ocwen kept loosing our paperwork and cancleing calls Told me i must use my wifes income She is not on the loan and that would help get the mod in the mean time they refused payments and let us keep getting further behind we are now 10k in the rears with them and they turned down our mod because with my wifes income added they say we make to much money and have now put us in foreclosure We have 2 autistic children moving to a new school district would do great harm to there education I have owned this house for 22 yrs we need help
