The entry into your Casino is the first impression for any customer/guest coming in... The elevators are filthy... We saw the same garbage in the elevators for more than 2 weeks... Someone urinated in one of the elevators... It was only cleaned after I complained to Management twice... The area in front of the elevators on all three floors has not been steam cleaned for a very long time... (It only takes at most an hour to do that.) The trash receptacles are not cleaned out, look and smell terrible...
The same dirt smears on the walls have been there for months...
This is your and our casino... Make it look nice and show some pride in what you have...!!! Inside it is a nice casino... Outside is another story!!!
