I wanted to publish a book with this site but the next day changed my mind to cancel it... The next day here.

I wanted a refund since I'm out of work and that's ALL the money I have and need it NOW to fix my car.

I can't get a job if my car is messed up!

I knew there was a $30 deduction so they owed me $150 but the guy told me I would only get $16!!

Naturally I asked why and he said it was in the agreement to have that taken for keeps even if cancel but I was NOT told about that.

He said there's nothing he can do because I agreed to it and won't give my money back!!!

That's all I have and he's not going to give it back for something THEY screwed up!!!

If I'd known that would've happened I wouldn't have agreed so they purposefully left they out and LIED to me!!!

I was NOT told but I don't know how to get my $150 back. What do I do?

The only contact I have with them is by phone and email. Please help!
