Charged $9.47 for monthly subcription, after I expressly informed that I did not want this subscription, or to be charged any further monies! Sent email to confirm this and ask for refund and cancellation. Sent email back telling me to phone. I live in UK and did not want this subscription in the first place. Feels like a scam and I am disgusted that people can take money when they have expressly been told not to!
