I am being billed for water used from 1/28 to 2/26 No one is living in the home, and the water is turned off, while we are gone for the winter. Outside faucets turned off. BWL has us using more water than any month that we are in the home full time. They can't tell me why the meter shows use, just pay it they tell me. They changed the water meter on 3/15 but they still say i owe the bill
