I bought and downloaded this registry cleaner which was supposed to scan and repair my pc. I did the one click cleaner. When I rebooted my pc all I had was a black screen. My computer will not run anymore. I tried many times to restart and it will not even start in safe mode. I will need to reformat my computer. I lost all my data files and am out the money. I emailed them at their customer support, [email protected] and did not hear back. I asked for a refund.
