I purchased a new home in 09, (foundation problem, leaks behind sheet rock, windows, doors, cracking base board, cracking crown molding, flooding land, bows in walls, gaps & separation in wood floors, tile cracking, not a energy saver (power bill running 300.00 to 400.00 a month sense the beginning). I have many more problem. I paid over 200,000.00 for the house
