What happened was, I placed an order for a necklace and never recieved it from the company. It took them a couple weeks to deduct the money out of my account and the date above is of the deduction. They have stopped responding to my emails and even deleted my posts/complaints from their facebook page. I logged into my account and mysteriously it says i never made a purchase. Below is only the first email i sent them (of 5), and the only email (let alone contact) i have recieved from them.
My email (sent february 22nd): Hello, I ordered a necklace from your website about a week ago and I am wondering where it is at. I have to mail it from my house on monday at the latest in order for it to get to my relative's house in time for her birthday. Your website says that you send your packages out no later than four days after it is ordered. I am entirely disappointed in the lack of service considering the fact that i have a deadline. I've even had the money deducted out of my account for the necklace i have ordered, but it is still not here. My confirmation number is: 6pekv9yqztecv6l. Thanks for your cooperation.
