I received a call saying that I have won something (long spill). You will hear the name on behalf of Expedia and WestJet.
Look here... in the end... You not even dealing with West Jet or Expedia. You are dealing solely with this company called GOLD BALL GROUP??? And Mr. Green Man who doesn't have a name when I asked who is the organizer of this whole group working at the call centre. How proud can the owner be? This is after I have given out my mastercard trusting these people. Only to find out the more question and time I give myself to ask a whole bunch of stuff... I am starting to get very crappy answers!
Firstly, I was told this is not a timeshare related type of company. I asked the person over the phone... No presentation whatsoever right? Not a timeshare? Nothing like that. No is the answer... Guess what???
The first thing you see in this Gold Ball company and other hotels they are promoting... There's some timeshare stuff going on there.
Secondly, I was told that the hotel that I am staying is just 5 mins away from the Walt Disney Palace. So that is darn good. The main purpose for me to book is for my family. I want to take all of them to Disney world. So five min away is great. After we are tired, we can go back really quickly and eat and shower and relax (that's the money I've paid for right?)... NO! In the end, I was reading the confirmation letter. Looking into the hotel that was offered in Florida Orlando. It is 4 hours walk away from the hotel.
This person that booked me, hung up on me three times!!! After I voice my concern about the scam and complaints I found online. This person did not address them properly but explaining that customers have different needs and desires??? Unfortunately... That is a very lame excuse isn't it? And I am becoming one of them who just got scammed into this one... On the phone. THREE TIMES! Have you have any company that HANG UP on the CUSTOMERS? Talk about professional.
Just mainly this one reason, I deserve a full refund.
When I said I want a full refund. This guy told me ok. You just call your own mastercard company and cancel this order. "I asked him. So that's it? I have to just let my mastercard company know?" He said: "yes"
So I ended up calling my mastercard company. They say I have to call him back to make him do the job of cancelling.
Now here we go again.
What kind of customer help was that? I was deceived again.
It took them four days to reply my message finally.

They have given me everything that they promised and there is no refund.
I called my mastercard company and tell them to hold my card. I will write again to follow up with this.
