I was contacted by phone and offered a service to negotiate a loan mod and principle reduction on my home since I was upside down. I was offered a money back guarantee, my lender declined the loan mod and I haven't been able to reach them since. HUD representative said she thought it was a fraud. I have contacted the channel 7 news in CA and filed a complaint with the FTC. Eric Anderson was the representative I dealt with.
