Contacted 9/08 by US Homeowners Assistance offering loan modification & principle reduction for $2,500 with a money-back guarantee. After telling rep that we wanted to think it over, he contacted us every day until we agreed & sent in money. Said process would take 90 days. After that, calls were ignored or never returned. Our lender never heard of company, loan was not modified, & money is gone. Filed judgement against company, but still no refund.
