Briefly, in August I responded to an unsolicited phone call from Premiere Financial Center (PFC) which claimed I was eligible for a lower interest rate and princible on 2 properties because I was upside-down in both. They also stated that, if I was current with the payments which I was at the time, that I did not need to pay the next month mortgages. PFC was going tobe my representative from now on to complete the loan modification.
Then, after supplying PFC with a bevy of documents over the next few months, I am currently facing foreclosure on both properties.
