My purse was stolen on the 8th and I called and got a replacement, when I recieved the card they locked it. I called to see what I needed to get it unlocked, they said copy of paper i. D due to the picture i. D being stolen, copy of social security card. I sent them and they said to send a utility bill. Why I would they need all of that if I didnt even need those things to apply for the card.
