I purchased Toms shoes from this website. It has been 15 days and I have not gotten a tracking number or the shoes. My bank account shows a transaction to China. After e-mailing the company, a week after they took the money, I was told that the shoes were shipped and they would give me a tracking number as soon as they got it. It has been 2 weeks since then and no one will respond to my e-mails anymore. There website still says my order is "processing."
