I went to this web site a ordered shoes 9 days ago and still have not recieved my order. When I went back to the website to find a contact phone number there is not one listed. So I e-mailed them and they did reply the following day to inform me that they had been shipped. I waited another day still didn't get my order so I e-mailed them again, this time they sayed they would have to locate the tracking number and get back to me! Now I'm still waiting! At this point all I want is the shoes or my money back. I got concerned when I was looking for the website on 10/3 and it was not available until latter that night and came across the complaint. There were so many compliants from either the Toms site I ordered from or a similar one and I became worried that I allowed myself to fall for a scam.in the event this company makes good on my oreder I wimesoll post an update but as of today I am worried that I did come in contact with a dishonest business. Buyers be aware when ordereing on - line make sure the company has a physical address and a phone number where you can reach someone in the event your order is late.
