I never purchased anything my master card got charged, I emailed Quibids, they are telling me if its QuiBids Holdings LLC. Then yes, but my transaction details says QUIBIDS CANADA ULC TORONTO ON. Is this not the same company? I reported to my credit card company and they want me to deal with the company themselves.

What can I do to get my money back?
