I would guess that charges of Interstate Fraud, Computer Fraud, Misrepresentation of, and several other charges will remove this product from the market that I would probably have chosen as my cigarette replacement. Unfortunate that impatience will lose them the profits that this product would have made them. Meanwhile, unless all charges are reversed I see no reason not to file for criminal charges against those whose names appear on the sales documents.
