During late February I tried 3 times to download ErrorEND. I was to pay through Paypal. Each time Paypal paid the required sum which meant that I paid three times for the one download which I was unable to complete [being84 years old] I finally decided not to continue and asked for my money back [there being a 60 day cash back offer] I informed Paypal of what I had done and so far I have not received any response to my emails from either one.
