I purchased via download the ErrorEnd software and installed it. A computer problem required me to use the Restore function of Windows 7. After this I installed ErrorEnd. On reactivating ErrorEnd I get the Duplicate license key message which says I need to purchae the software. My requests for help have been unanswereed. Further more, the cost was shwon as 410.00 off but this wasn't applied to my order.
