I received their product on 2/4. Called to cancel on same day. Was given RMA# & told needed to be back by 2/19. Returned item 2/5 arriving @ warehouse 2/7. Charged my account $94.31 on 3/8. Called immediately - was told no record of receiving. I sent proof from USPS that product was delivered to them on 2/7 @ 8:30 am. I continue to get the run-around and told they have no proof. I continue to ask for a supervisor who is suppose to call me back. This company is a fraud!!
