I also did a survey with Kohls and was to get a gift for 5.99, 2/22. I gave my debit card and received the necklace. Now I look at my bank statement and they have charged me 98.00 on 3/8. There was no statement that said I was to receive anything else and I didn't ask for anything else. I will be contacting someone tomorrow since it is 2am here in Decatur, Ill
