Item was cancelled February 6 and article was returned through Postes Canada with authorization # given by BellaGenix and a postal order # as well at this end in Montreal Canada - now they are going into my account and taking $94.92 without authorization to do so and cancellation gone through. No postal mail retort has ever been sent since cancellation and return of goods.
