Community Connection is a type of labor agency that supplies probationers and parolees to local construction companies. The persons that Community Connection uses are all convicted criminals, and they continue with their criminal ways during their employment. They are terrible workers, and cause much damage on the jobs that they do get.
The staff at Community Connection are impossible to communicate with, and without giving the convict labor much leeway, treat the employees much difficulty, up to and including refusing to give the employee his or her paycheck. This gives the employee no reason to do a good job for Community Connection. As Community Connection uses only convict labor, and doesn't know how to treat its employees fairly, and as the employees take out their hostility on Community Connection's customers, Community Connection should not be in business.
